The main eligibility criteria for the Karnataka CET 2017 is that the applicant should have completed twelfth with science specialization. If they are applying for any of the engineering field they should have taken maths as the main subject and should have scored at least 50% in it, while for all other courses the candidate should have taken biology and scored 50% at least in the said subject as well.
Karnataka CET 2017 eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have an average score of all subjects to be 50% and they should know at least basic level of english. If the candidate is SC/ST, the minimum score that they would need is 45% instead of 50%.
The candidates should also be a native of Karnataka or should have stayed in the state for a pre decided number of years. Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir can also apply under the J&K quota.
